Product returns are allowed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns are not permitted for customized products or items in the Outlet section.
The Customer must contact us via email at hello@oazadebucurie.ro, specifying the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for returning the products to the specified address at their own expense, including the shipping costs. The purchase receipt received with the order confirmation should be attached. Products must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received.
It is advisable to use certified shipping to avoid potential loss of the item.
Once we verify that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund as soon as possible.
If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. The customer must contact us via hello@oazadebucurie.ro, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, there are two options: a full refund of the product price or, if possible, an exchange for a new product. Oazadebucurie will cover the shipping costs for the new product.
Once a product has been purchased, if it is necessary to cancel the order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@oazadebucurie.ro. If the order has not been shipped, it may be canceled immediately, unless it is a customized order that has already entered production.
If there are issues with supply or if products are out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately, and a refund will be issued for the out-of-stock product(s).
The warranty offered complies with the regulations established in Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 140/2021 regarding the conformity of goods and commercial guarantees. The seller will be responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery.
