These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions”) govern the access and use of the services and products offered by sc Joyful Design srl, with registered address at B-dul Revoluției, 26-38, Arad, sc J, ap 11, Romania, NIF 43880430.

By using the services and products of Oazadebucurie, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Access to the websites and services of Oazadebucurie implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares:

• That they have read and understood the content herein.
• That they accept all obligations described.
• That they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to use the services.

Scope of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of services and the sale of all products offered by Oazadebucurie through its website. Services and products are offered to customers in Romania, the European Union, and other countries where the service is available.

Exclusion of Customers

Oazadebucurie reserves the right to prevent the use of the service by customers who violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the law, or moral standards. At its discretion, it may limit the use of the service or terminate it when deemed necessary to improve operations and service.

Price

The prices of products and services are those indicated on the website on the date of each order and include VAT. Shipping costs are itemized at the time of order.

Payment Methods

Payment is made upon completion of the purchase process. Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Maestro credit cards are accepted. Payment by deferred methods, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer, is not accepted. We recommend that customers do not send card details via email, fax, or social media.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered within a maximum of seven calendar days from purchase via certified mail. If the recipient is absent, up to two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the customer must contact the shipping agency.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• Return: Customers may return defective products or those received in error. They have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.
• Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any justification within 14 calendar days. To do so, they must notify Oazadebucurie at hello@oazadebucurie.ro. Customers will cover the shipping costs, and the amount will be refunded upon receipt of the goods in perfect condition.

Product Availability

In the event that a product is out of stock or there are supply issues, the customer will be informed, and a prompt refund of the amount will be issued.

Product Warranty

The warranty for the products offered complies with the applicable regulations in Romania and the European Union, with a duration of two years from the date of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Oazadebucurie is not responsible for:

• Failures on the website due to external causes, such as force majeure.
• Technical issues or viruses in customer systems during the internet connection.
• Access by minors to the website, as it is the responsibility of their parents or guardians to supervise their online activity.
• The accuracy and legality of content on sites linked by Oazadebucurie, or unauthorized communications related to the brand.

Force Majeure

Oazadebucurie will be exempt from fulfilling its obligations in cases of force majeure (war, riots, strikes, etc.) that affect the provision of services. If the suspension lasts more than 15 days, the customer may cancel the order and receive a refund.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any agreements with the customer shall be governed by the laws of Romania.
